JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, providing support to staff, and maintaining efficient office processes. This position requires strong computer skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 years minimum Previous office experience is essential; administrative experience is highly desirable.
  • Proficient computer skills with a strong command of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
  • Demonstrated phone etiquette with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
