Duties and Responsibilities: * Maintain and update bookkeeping at the school and oversee the accounting process. * Maintain receptionist responsibilities and support an office environment that is supportive to visitors, parents, and students. * Ensure that security procedures are strictly followed by overseeing the visitor management system. * Complete correspondence, memoranda, and reports for the school principal, as well as maintain the calendar and appointments for school leadership. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: * Associate degree and/or 2-4 years’ experience in an office or school-related administrative position. * Proficient with Microsoft Office products. * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
