Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain and update bookkeeping at the school and oversee the accounting process. Maintain receptionist responsibilities and support an office environment that is supportive to visitors, parents, and students. Ensure that security procedures are strictly followed by overseeing the visitor management system. Complete correspondence, memoranda, and reports for the school principal, as well as maintain the calendar and appointments for school leadership. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Associate degree and/or 2-4 years’ experience in an office or school-related administrative position. Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
