AWR Property Services has been operating in the residential and commercial construction industry for 15 years and specialises in demolition, excavation, remedial work and asbestos removal. We are looking for a hard-working and organised Administrator to help manage our Blacktown office.

Responsibilities
  • Communicating with staff, clients, and suppliers by phone and email
  • Creating invoices, quotations, and job reports
  • Organising essential services for the construction industry such as: labour hires, tools and materials, machine hire, etc.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing expenses
  • Maintain and update all digital and hard copy office files
  • Assisting with recruiting and onboarding new employees
  • Providing personal assistance to the Managing Director
