  • Waste Management Experience is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform general office administrative duties including answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
  • You will play a vital role in supporting our Sales Team by handling various sales support and office administration tasks.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product range and customer needs
  • Prepare quotes for customers and maintain accurate records in the system
  • Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Providing administrative support for meetings, e.g., meeting and greeting visitors, arranging meeting room.
  • The Office Administrator will be expected to perform additional tasks.
