Bayley Security Ltd are leaders in the installation and maintenance of commercial and industrial enterprise level electronic security and fire detection systems. For nearly forty years, the company has provided a comprehensive range of electronic security and fire systems to companies and organisations across the Tees Valley.
We are currently looking for a part time (24 hrs pw) Office Administrator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible, organised and motivated. They should be well presented and have a positive attitude. The role requires a confident approach to work and the ability to deal with our clients and suppliers both verbally and in writing.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Previous administrative experience within an office environment.
  • GCSE’s A-C grade including English and Maths or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of data protection and confidentiality.
  • Previous experience of Xero would be advantageous.
  • Legal right to work in the UK full time.

  • Handling customer enquiries.
  • Dealing with confidential information.
  • Supporting our team of field-based engineers using Simpro.
  • Coordinating with our suppliers.
  • Stock control.
  • Ensuring accurate and complete records.
