OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and have experience in managing office operations effectively. This role requires exceptional communication and organizational abilities, as well as proficiency in various office management tasks. REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in office administration or a related field with a strong emphasis on organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
  • Experience in medical office management is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience in schedule management, event planning, vendor management, payroll processing, budgeting, and bookkeeping is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead a team effectively.
  • Proficient in using standard office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
