Our role is a great start in the property industry working across our student properties. We have one office dog who attends work daily.
Working hours are 8.30 - 6pm Monday to Thursday (four day week hours) and 9.00 to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday with 4.30pm finish on Friday (5 day week hours) on rota. Every third Saturday is 10.00am- 2.00pm and you claim these hours back from the following week days.

Responsibilities-

  • Responsible for the general administration and management of property repairs upon our student portfolio.
  • Handling tenant and landlord enquiries.
  • Undertaking credit, identification and referencing checks upon applicants.
  • Drawing up and executing tenancy and guarantor agreements.
  • Categorising, assessing and handling repairs upon managed residential properties
  • Ensuring work requests are completed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Allocating works to maintenance contractors
  • Ensuring company paper work & filing is in order
  • Accurate and timely reporting to colleagues & clients
  • Managing and maintaining management software databases
  • Ensuring a high level of customer service is achieved at all times
