The Role As an Office Administrator, you’ll ensure all administration tasks are completed accurately and on time while supporting departments including Q/A and Production. You’ll manage key processes such as invoicing, data entry, reporting, and purchase orders, helping to keep operations running smoothly. You’ll liaise with colleagues, customers, and internal teams to support workflow, handle incoming queries, and ensure work progresses efficiently. The role also includes supporting compliance with quality, environmental, and safety systems, maintaining records and filing systems, processing works orders, and assisting with audits and employee wage reporting.
