THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an Office Administrator to support our dynamic team on the Battlespace Communication System (BCS) Program. BCS is a next generation networking product that is the centerpiece for multiple projects and campaigns. The BCS combines both developmental and off the shelf hardware and software to provide world leading communications capability for ADF personnel.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a similar role, in particular admin or PA
  • High level organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to priortise work load and meet deadlines
  • “Can-do” personality - you like to think outside the box and drive innovation, you want to make a difference!
  • Applicants must be Australian citizens to meet defence security requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Provide support to and assist the Program Director
  • Coordinate travel bookings and event management and planning
  • Manage our office in the Brisbane CBD
  • Provide administration support for diary management and meeting bookings for the Leadership Team
  • Support presentations by assisting with document preparation and other support functions
