THE OPPORTUNITY -

In partnership with the ADF and the Commonwealth, Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) provides aircraft maintenance and upgrades, component maintenance solutions, technical support, mission-critical infrastructure support and training on some of the most capable surveillance, command, control, and combat platforms in the world.
BDA is looking for an Office Administrator who will join the P8 Team.

As an Office Administrator within BDA, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Co-ordinate and manage on-boarding experience for new employees;
  • Arrange and support events and visitors including team events;
  • Co-ordinate and arrange meetings for the Program and various teams;
  • Assist with Travel Arrangements including the reconciliation of credit card expenses;
  • General office duties including incoming and outgoing mail, stationary and other activities to keep the office running;
  • Manage and coordinate access to various systems and tools across the business;
  • Become the ‘go-to’ person for support across the team

This role is based at RAAF Base Edinburgh.

Responsibilities

As an Office Administrator within BDA, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Become the ‘go-to’ person for support across the tea

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Minimum of 2 year’s experience in a project administrator role
  • Intermediate MS suite skills and experience.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and network across all levels of our business.
  • Applicants who currently hold an Australian security clearance (Highly desirable)
