Job description
Balian Springs is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Office Administrator to accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions as well as maintain accurate and up-to-date administrative reports. Specific duties include but are not limited to maintaining all aspects of financials, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments; creating financial reports with the help of our accountant; processing accounts payable and receivable; and managing invoices. Additionally, this role will assist our management team with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is familiar with accounting software, including but not limited to QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Proven experience in office administration and bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks/Xero/MS Office Suite/Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
