OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator with bookkeeping experience to join our Sydney team. This role is vital in supporting the daily operations of our plumbing and infrastructure business, handling administration, accounts, and job management through AroFlo and Xero.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in office administration and bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in AroFlo (job management system) and Xero (accounting software).
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and payroll.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in plumbing, construction, or trades industry (highly regarded).

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day office administration including scheduling, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks using Xero, including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and payroll.

  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors regarding accounts and project administration.
  • Assist management with compliance records, insurance documentation, and safety paperwork.
