Description
  • Managing Schedules and Appointments: Scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments for staff, including updating calendars and managing event agendas.
  • Handling Correspondence: Drafting and distributing memos, emails, letters, and other documents, including preparing reports and presentations.
  • Organizing Files and Records: Maintaining physical and digital filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Providing Customer Service: Answering phones, greeting visitors, and responding to inquiries professionally.
  • Supporting Staff: Assisting with various administrative tasks, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and handling basic bookkeeping.
  • Coordination and Communication: Facilitating communication within the office, coordinating meetings, and ensuring timely delivery of information.
