Job Overview:
Join our team as an office administrator in our busy Grounds maintenance department and kick-start your career
Duties:
- Provide general office support including filing, copying, and scanning documents
- organizational skills by maintaining office supplies inventory
- Handle phone calls with professionalism and proper phone etiquette
- Support administrative staff with clerical duties as needed
- computerize information efficiently with excellent skills using all microsoft platforms
Office Administrator required to work alongside the manager of the Grounds Maintenance department
Duties would day to day include:-
Emailing/Outlook
Inbound and outbound calls
Creating quotations
Sending off job completion photographs via email
Reporting potential maintenance works
Google calendar Entry
Ordering materials
Adding new starters to the system
Occasionally collecting and delivering
We are looking for a person that has a good working attitude that can hit the ground running for our small but busy office based in Wednesbury.
Hours of work:-
Monday – Friday 09.00am – 5pm
- Excellent phone etiquette when interacting with colleagues and clients
- Interest in administrative tasks
Job Type: Full-time
