Responsibilities

Job Summary
Responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to executives on the payroll. This role involves coordinating travel arrangements, managing calendars, compiling expense reports, maintaining office supplies, and facilitating internal and external events. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under limited supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and process domestic and international business travel arrangements for executives
  • Monitor logistics for designated business travelers
  • Generate and compile expense reports for executive reimbursement
  • Assist in reconciling corporate credit card charges for timely reimbursement
  • Collect and compile data to provide visibility of status for traveler’s review
  • Create, edit, and maintain electronic and written communication
  • Track and maintain information related to department operations
  • Prioritize and schedule management-level employee time efficiently
  • Maintain designated conference room schedules for optimal resource use
  • Order and manage office supplies
  • Plan and implement logistics for executive level internal and external events
