We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Mississauga. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with QuickBooks, Excel, and Word, and will play a key role in keeping our office operations efficient and accurate.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and Word
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
  • Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Maintain and track inventory records and stock levels in Excel
  • Prepare, write, and mail cheques for payments
  • Organize and maintain financial and administrative records
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and correspondence
  • Book and coordinate shipments with carriers and ensure timely deliveries
  • Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems
  • Provide general administrative support (data entry, scheduling, follow-ups)
