Tilray’s unprecedented platform supports over 40 brands in over 20 countries, including comprehensive cannabis offerings, hemp-based foods, and craft beverages.   Looking to develop your career at the forefront of a rapidly expanding industry?       Job Summary   Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Office Assistant is responsible for giving support, enhancing efficiency by providing management support and by organizing and executing tasks assigned by the managers and executives.     Role and Responsabilities   General Office * Oversee general office operations and ensure smooth daily functioning * Manage calendars, schedules, and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conferences * Handle incoming and outgoing mail and liaise with postal services * Organize company visits and tours, providing full support to visitors (e.g., agendas, coffee breaks, hotel bookings, transfers, vehicles, equipment, meals) * Plan and coordinate in-house and off-site activities (e.g., celebrations, social events, team meetings) * Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and car rentals * Purchase and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels * Prepare presentations and management-level reports (e.g., meeting notes, summaries) * Manage social areas, including ordering and replenishing consumables (Oversee vending machines, including technical support and product selection) * Provide administrative support to the Facilities, Manufacturing and Cultivation departments as required (e.g filing, document organization, record maintenance, etc   Quality Department * Maintain and update databases related to training records and SOP (Stander Operations Procederus) control * Support audits or inspections by preparing documentation when required * Provide general administrative and operational support, including document digitalization, filing, and maintenance of organized records     Human Resources and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) * Support onboarding activities, including workplace preparation and coordination with relevant departments * Support internal communication initiatives, including assisting with content creation, managing projects such as corporate videos, and helping prepare materials for presentations and meetings * Proactively identify opportunities to improve office and employee experience * Support the registration of internal training sessions * Support the delivery, collection and control of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)     Qualifications and Education Requirements * Office Administration or Business Administration diploma required; * Minimum of 3 years working as an Executive Assistant or similar role; * Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and confidential information, in a fast-paced environment; * Detail oriented, exercises sound judgment and possesses exceptional written and verbal communication skills; * Fluency in English (both written as spoken) is required; * Proficiency with the Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook; Word, Excel and Powerpoint) required
