OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR/CASHIER

We are presently looking for an . The successful candidate will become part of a team both at the location and throughout the province in sustainable recycling. Helping keep our province clean while contributing to the Green Economy.

Responsibilities
  • General office duties, including serving customers, entering scale weights, answering/directing calls, etc.
  • Entering/organizing customer account payables and assisting accounting staff with issues as they arise.
  • Customer relations, including inquiries, and preparing cash disbursements.
  • Entering shipping weights and tracking trucking information.
  • Other duties, as directed by senior management.
    Completion of Office Administration or related program would be an asset in addition to 3 year’s experience in a position with similar duties. Knowledge and experience with digital scales systems, Excel, and MS Office are key requirements. Certificate of Good Conduct is required.
    We offer competitive wages.
    Job hours are 8-5, Monday through Friday.
