POSITION OVERVIEW:

Full Realty Services, Inc. dba Century 21 Masters is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role plays a vital part in supporting a top ranked national real estate brokerage office as well as aiding our Department Head of Learning and Development in designing and executing impactful programs that enhance onboarding, training, and overall engagement for our agents and loan officers. EXPERIENCE ENHANCEMENT

  • Gather and analyze feedback to identify ways to enhance agent and loan officer experiences.
  • Support the implementation of engagement initiatives focused on retention and satisfaction.
  • Plan and help execute events, projects, and activities that contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Host weekly regional live group orientations via Zoom to create excitement and foster connections among new agents.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with Wix Website Builder and Zapier
  • Experience with Event Planning
  • Experience in administrative support, training coordination, or program management (preferably in real estate or lending).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and platforms used to manage training resources.
  • Capable of collecting, interpreting, and acting on feedback.
  • A self-starter with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
Responsibilities

ADMINISTRATIVE AND FRONT DESK RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the first point of contact at the office, greeting visitors, answering phones, and managing general inquiries.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Support office events, training sessions, and meetings by managing logistics and ensuring smooth operations.
