JOB DESCRIPTION

Office Administrator
CF Support Services Limited offer residential support to young people and their families and we are looking for a friendly, proactive administrator to work with us in our office near Ipswich.
This is a varied and fast paced role you will mainly be dealing with property maintenance and recruitment admin.

Key Responsibilities

  • To deal with all property related administration
  • Dealing with external contractors
  • To follow safer recruitment guidelines and follow OFSTED standards during the recruitment process
  • Obtaining references in a timely manner
  • Diary management
  • Performing compliance administration to support the company quality assurance and OFSTED standards

This would be the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys a challenge, is friendly, positive and organised and wants to join a small team and grow with the company. You will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be IT literate (especially in excel), and have initiative and demonstrate empathy.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 09:00am – 17:00pm, based in the office
Salary: £26,000
