The Office Administrator role is to provide administrative support to the Office Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as first point of contact for clients (calls, in-person)
  • Process account documentation, transfers, deposits, withdrawals, and payments
  • Maintain accurate client files, CRM records, and compliance documentation
  • Prepare letters, reports, and marketing materials
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service
  • Stay current with industry regulations and system updates

Qualifications

  • 1 + year front desk or administrative experience (preferred)
  • Strong computer and technological skills, with ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and a collaborative team player

Education/Work Experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $23.50-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 42 per week
