Overview:
We are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring efficient office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Computerise data and maintain electronic filing systems
- Perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain organisational systems for documents and supplies
- Proficient in Google Suite applications for office tasks
- Type correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Utilise QuickBooks for basic accounting functions
- Assist with general office duties as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Familiarity with basic office equipment and procedures
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
