Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As our Office Administrator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our business. You’ll support the office manager with office and operations administration with ad-hoc finance support. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who thrives on organisational values, exceptional customer service and wants to make a meaningful difference. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration and possess excellent IT and CRM skills.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Provide day to day administrative support to the operations team
  • Learn and maintain the scheduling system, including data input and job scheduling
  • Assist with document management, data entry and internal communications
  • Support compliance and health & safety processes
  • Respond to customer queries with professionalism
  • Support the Office Manager with HR process and on boarding of new staff
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the Finance Manager
