JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing our Intake & Office Administration, managing client relations and collaborating with our partners!
This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office management software, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Preference will be given to Paralegals and candidates with Legal and Real Estate experience.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Familiarity with payroll systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day Intake of new clients; ensuring effective communication and document management.
  • Oversee incoming phone inquires, and ensure effective communication within the office.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assistance with accounting administration, payments and receipts.
  • Coordinate team management activities, including scheduling meetings and organizing team events.
  • Provide general administrative support.
