Description

Con-Ex Civil Contractors, is seeking an office administrator to work for mid size civil construction business. Prior knowledge of the construction industry not required. Accounting tech graduate or equivalent experience is preferred. Candidate should have knowledge with Site Doc’s and Sage 50
The candite will be responsible for general office duties, that include but are not limited to, accounts payable, data entry for daily jobsite progress reports, and payroll. purchases, and collaborate with accountant as needed. Job applicant should have proficient skills and be familiar with Microsoft office and Excel. A willingness to learn, and as for guidance when unfamiliar with a process or task assigned. Finally, provide administrative support to management and other staff, to ensure a continued team environment within the company.
The ideal candidate will also have Health and Safety Duties. Including Employee Orientations and monitoring the Site Docs program
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
