CREDIT CONTROLLER / OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Location: Hockley, Essex
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

Connect Media Group is a dynamic and fast-growing media consultancy dedicated to connecting brands with the right audiences through strategic media placements and advertising solutions. We’re looking for a proactive and organised Credit Controller / Office Administrator to join our team at our Hockley office.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a key part of our back-office support team, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day credit control, chasing outstanding invoices, and performing general administrative duties. You’ll also be the first point of contact for basic telephone and email enquiries, so a professional and friendly manner is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor accounts receivable and manage the credit control process
  • Chase outstanding invoices via phone and email professionally and persistently
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and payment updates
  • Handle daily administrative tasks to support the wider team
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, answering general queries or directing them appropriately
  • Assist with filing, data entry, and other ad-hoc duties as required
