POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a seasoned Office Administrator with a background in construction and real estate development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing office operations, supporting budgeting and tendering processes, and assisting in construction scheduling. Familiarity with basic record keeping, purchasing, and Tarion Warranty Corporation procedures is essential. This is a key support role in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, working closely with senior management, site teams, and consultants.
