We are currently seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Office Administrator to join our head office team.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a seasoned Office Administrator with a background in construction and real estate development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing office operations, supporting budgeting and tendering processes, and assisting in construction scheduling. Familiarity with basic record keeping, purchasing, and Tarion Warranty Corporation procedures is essential. This is a key support role in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, working closely with senior management, site teams, and consultants.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 4 years of office administration experience within construction, real estate, or development industries
  • Familiarity with Tarion Warranty Corporation procedures is essential
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe, Project Management software (BuilderTrend, Procore, Sage, MS Project etc) and cloud-based tools
  • Experience supporting construction budgets, tendering, and scheduling processes
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • A positive attitude and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Knowledge of Ontario Building Code permitting or condo development workflows
  • Experience in client-facing roles or with customer service follow-ups
