Crawford Construction is pleased to offer a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, presentable and well-spoken individual to work as an Office Administrator in their Jericho based office.
· Highly educated, especially in English and Maths
· Well-presented and articulate with a professional telephone manner
· Honest, discreet and trustworthy
· Excellent time management skills
· Good level of computer literacy, with knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Acute attention to detail
· Ability to work to strict deadlines
· Good problem solving skills
· Capable of working in a fast paced and sometimes pressured environment.
· Experience in a similar role is preferable but not essential
· Maintaining office files and records, ensuring all relevant documents are up to date
· Management of office equipment
· Answering the phone
· Greeting clients
· Monitoring company emails
· Managing diary and appointments
· Day-to-day support of the staff
· Ensuring that the office is managed and well presented
· Ordering and keeping office supplies in stock and up to date
· Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post
· General ad-hoc office duties
· Reporting to the Office Manager
You will be required to work Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:45 and 17:00 and alternative saturdays from 10am - 2pm. When working a Saturday you will recieve a half day during the week.
