SUMMARY

We are seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator / Customer Liaison to join our team and manage day-to-day office tasks and act as a key point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth office operations by combining administration, customer service, and communication skills.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven administration experience in an office-based role.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with learning new systems.
  • Experience managing business social media accounts is desirable.

Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls and act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries.
  • Provide liaison between customers and the support desk, ensuring issues are logged and followed up.
  • Manage daily office administration tasks, including document control, emails, maintaining CRM records and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Maintain and update company social media accounts with relevant posts, updates, and news.
  • Provide support the sales and technical teams
  • Liaise with suppliers, courier and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure smooth communication and workflow between departments.
