Responsibilities
  • Execute various clerical tasks, including answering incoming phone calls and promptly responding to emails.
  • Proficiently list products on our online sales platform and enhance product descriptions when necessary.
  • Provide valuable support for data entry and the maintenance of databases.
  • Assist in the preparation of project tenders, which includes compiling price quotations from suppliers and subcontractors for submission to the procurement and estimating team.
  • Meticulously manage financial transactions and handle monetary matters.
  • Accurately organize and efficiently distribute invoices to the relevant departments within the organization.
    Training will be provided to successful candidates to further enhance their skills and capabilities.”
