SUMMARY
As an Office Administrator/Debrief, you will be essential in ensuring smooth office operations and effective communication within the organization. Reporting to the Office Manager, your core skills in administrative tasks, computer proficiency, and organizational abilities will support daily functions. Your premium experience in office settings will enhance workflow efficiency, while relevant skills in Microsoft Office and data entry will aid in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
The day to day tasks that would be required but not limited to are:
The shift pattern will be Monday - Friday and the hours of work will be 9:30am-6pm.
Saturdays cover may be required for if someone is on holiday however a day off in the week can be arranged.
