DeliverIt is looking for a driven Office Administrator to help provide high-level support to the Executive Leadership team and help provide top-quality front desk and administrative services to our patients, business partners, and customers. Requirements What You’ll Do Help serve as the patients' and customers' first point of contact—answering phones, greeting visitors, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Help take the initiative in administrative duties and projects as business needs evolve. Help manage agendas, travel plans, and appointments for upper management and other key employees. Assist in partnering with procurement to keep customer orders moving smoothly. Track and monitor shipments using digital tools across multiple channels. Assist with data entry, reporting, and light analysis as needed. What You Bring A associate's degree is preferred. Strong administrative skills and attention to detail. Problem-solving skills. A true team player who can also run with projects independently. Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
Responsibilities
