JOB DESCRIPTION

Grande Prairie Denture Clinic is seeking a rock star front end administrator. The position is minimum 2 days per week. The position entails helping with multiple aspects of our busy Denture clinic such as seating patients, booking appointments, handling all incoming calls, recalls and recare bookings, dealing with insurance companies, keeping clinic tidy, bank reconciliation, week end and day end deposits. Dental reception experience is a definite asset along with knowledge of insurance submissions, and/or or scheduling appointments in dental software programs. Occasional evening shift may be required. We are seeking a team player with an outstanding work ethic and superb phone etiquette with the ability to multi task who is extremely reliable and a common sense thinker. You will be required to cover for full time staff vacation time as well. Successful candidates will be requested to attend a 3 hour working interview.
