JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to ensure efficient office operations and maintain a structured document control system. This role combines general administrative support with a structured document control function. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong eye for detail, and a commitment to accuracy—essential for supporting a fast-paced MEP design team and ensuring document integrity across multiple projects.

KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in office administration and/or document control
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in managing files and records
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and document management tools (not essential as training is provided)
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
