JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a mature, reliable, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. You will support in office accounting staff, operators and labourers working on large industrial sites in the city and the outskirts of Saskatoon. This role involves collaboration with management to handle documentation, reporting, and day-to-day administrative operations in a construction office environment. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to perform the daily data entry operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and experience in office functions, ensuring smooth workflow, and providing exceptional support to our team. This role is crucial for maintaining an efficient office environment and facilitating effective communication among staff and customers. Definite perk - FREE on-site Parking!

EXPERIENCE

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in an administrative/office.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and punctual
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Minimum typing speed of around 50 words per minute (WPM)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to learn new software quickly
  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety standards is an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
