Part-time office admin. 10 hours per week, over 3 days (flexible)
Monday 9 - 12 , Wednesday 9 - 12, Friday 9 - 1
€13.50 - €15 per hour. DOE
The times and days are flexible but must be done over 3 days in the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communication & Reception: Greet visitors, answer phones, redirect calls, manage emails, and handle internal and external correspondence.
  • Administrative Support: Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and digital), manage diary
  • Office Management: Order and maintain office supplies and equipment, manage office expenses, and ensure the overall maintenance and security of the office premises.
  • Data & Records: Perform data entry, update computer records, prepare memos and reports, and maintain databases.
  • Financial Tasks: Assist with basic bookkeeping, manage invoicing and handle petty cash.
  • Policy & HR:Help develop and implement office policies, and may assist with human resources functions like new employee onboarding.
  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve office and administrative issues to ensure the daily operations of the office run efficiently.

Skills
strong organizational skills, effective communication (written and verbal), proficiency with technology and software (like Microsoft Office), excellent time management and multitasking abilities, a keen attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and the ability to be a proactive problem-solver
We use Sage accounting for creating invoices. Training will be given.
