To learn more, visit www.arcxis.com Position Overview: The Office Administrator position is a support role responsible for carrying out various day-to-day administrative support for the Energy Services department in our Eagan, MN office location. Primary duties after training will include assisting in preparing and submitting energy efficiency rebate applications for residential new construction projects for 15+ programs in multiple states. The position reports to the Regional Operations Support Manager. Job Duties: Reviewing new construction projects to ensure they meet the program eligibility requirements for multiple different programs. Working in coordination with our scheduling department to collect items required for program participation from builders or field inspectors. Requesting required items from trades and municipalities. Tracking applications from start to finish to ensure client expectations are met. Ensuring all eligible projects are submitted to utility program implementers prior to established deadlines. Utilizing your Excel skills to prepare submission reports for both client and internal use. Possible cross-training to assist other departments with administrative tasks as needed. Requirements High School Graduate. Associates degree in business or related field desired Superior attention to detail. A candidate who enjoys organization and tracking many small details would be a good fit for this role. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and responsibilities concurrently. Strong oral, written and electronic communication skills. Flexibility to switch between multiple tasks and processes.
