We’re DSM Ltd – a busy and growing envelope contractor working nationwide on exciting projects (including building fast food restaurants!). At our office in Dodworth, we’re looking for a motivated, multi-disciplined person to join our team.
If you’ve got a Sage experience, Payroll and Purchasing experience, this could be the perfect role for you!
· Processing time sheets on a weekly basis.
· Managing Wages for Weekly and Monthly staff.
· Collate and input invoices on Sage.
· Processing payments for Dibsa & DSM.
· Managing accounts and all the finance processes, including month end, year-end etc.
· Credit control for Dibsa & DSM.
· Liaising with Reed Smith/HMRC/VAT to work out and arrange payment when necessary.
· Claiming money back from Construction Skills re training where necessary.
· Managing congestion charge payments and crossing payments.
· Ordering material for sites.
· Booking hotels.
· General office paperwork & monitoring sheets.
· Office Filing & Archiving.
