Description Basic Function: The office administrator will coordinate office activities and operations while providing clerical and administrative support to management. Responsibilities: Schedule appointments Shipping and receiving General office duties as assigned Respond and send emails Provide clerical assistance to multiple departments-including Logistics Inventory. Asking if help is needed Operate multiline phone system and provide information to callers Create purchase orders Create accounts with new vendors Operate security gate Monitor daily site log. Make sure all sign in/out in Admin Building Help maintain Boot Voucher spreadhseet and issue vouchers Collect mail and distribute daily Keep clean/organied supply room Cinta's - communicate with employees Stocking supplies in kitchen/conference room/printers Help maintain Employee contact/vendor list Maintain and keep reception area/conference room area clean Back-up to Logistics Inventory team. Schedule may vary during vacations In charge of collecting recycling at least once a week and taking outside, more often if needed Keeping/ordering inventory for plant wide Adhere to all Company policies and procedures Other duties as assigned Requirements Education/Qualifications: 2 - 4 years experience in Business Office Administration Multi-tasking and efficient time management are critical Proficiency in Microsoft Work, Excel, PowerPoint Outlook, bookkeeping, and operation support Working Conditions: Sitting for extended periods of time. Dexterity of hands and fingers required to operate a computer keyboard or mouse, and to handle other computer components. Must be able to list up to 15 pounds at times.
