ABOUT THE ROLE:

Ede & Ravenscroft is seeking a proactive and organized Office Administrator to join our team at our Grangemouth site. This part-time role offers a varied workload supporting both office operations and warehouse administration. We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a dynamic working environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with internal client managers and external couriers to resolve delivery and collection issues
  • Prepare ceremony paperwork and monthly files
  • Respond to emails and enquiries
  • Support the Warehouse Manager by compiling weekly timesheets for temporary workers
  • Assist Warehouse Operatives when required
  • Arrange office supplies and distribute mail
  • Provide occasional meeting support, including greeting visitors and arranging lunches
  • Offer administrative support to business leaders, including data gathering and reporting tasks
