We are a growing electrical business based in Sussex, specialising in solar PV, battery storage. With an expanding workload, we are looking for an organised and proactive Office Administrator to support the day-to-day running of the business.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in administration (construction/electrical industry an advantage but not essential).
  • Strong IT skills (MS Office, Xero/QuickBooks, or similar software).
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
  • Answering calls, emails, and booking in jobs.
  • Preparing and sending invoices, quotes, and certificates.
  • Scheduling engineers and maintaining diaries.
  • Assisting with tenders and project paperwork.
  • General office administration (filing, ordering materials, record keeping).
