EPS Group are a well-respected provider of Energy Consultancy and Compliance Services to a wide range of construction professionals on both a national and localised level.
As a result of continued growth within the new build energy sector, we have an excellent opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our friendly team.
The role will focus on providing telephone and general administrative support to the Directors of the business and our Energy Assessors and Technicians.
Key duties will include:
- The answering and directing of inbound phone calls and email enquiries.
- The provision of administrative support to the office by preparing and dispatching various types of written reports and certificates.
- Accurately maintaining staff diaries including the scheduling of appointments
- Providing clients with both written and verbal fee proposals for all work types undertaken by the Company.
- The invoicing of clients for either scheduled or completed works.
- The processing of Client debit and credit card payments over the telephone.
Applicants should have a polite and friendly telephone manner with a strong command of written English. They should also be able to work unsupervised and have an ability to manage and prioritise changing workloads. Experience with MS Office and Outlook essential.
