REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration or executive support.
  • Strong understanding of ConnectWise PSA, QuickBooks, and general CRM usage.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Sheets, Docs).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn and adapt to new platforms and software quickly.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and dependable with a solutions-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate staff calendars, meetings, and day-to-day task assignments, ensuring team alignment.
  • Manage and update customer records, tickets, and tasks using ConnectWise PSA.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping and invoicing using QuickBooks Online.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, vendors, and team members via phone, email, and chat.
  • Track job progress, assist with internal workflow updates, and support document organization.
  • Maintain accurate digital records and files using Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
  • Monitor office supply levels and support logistics for field team equipment or vendor coordination.
  • Assist with onboarding documentation and team scheduling using platforms like Gusto or similar.
  • Support managers by staying ahead of deadlines, following up on tasks, and offering hands-on assistance with admin operations.
