ABOUT THE ROLE

Wave Electrical Services Ltd. is seeking a proactive and motivated Facilities & Health & Safety Compliance Coordinator to join our expanding team. This is a dynamic role that combines facilities management, health & safety oversight, contract coordination and administration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage and oversee the coordination of day-to-day facilities management for clients.
· Coordinate and schedule repairs, maintenance, and inspections for clients’ facilities and equipment.
· Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts to optimise cost-effectiveness.
· Manage budgets related to Maintenance and facilities expenditures.
· Manage Facilities related invoices, purchase orders, and billing through internal systems.
· Maintain accurate records and documentation related to office and facilities management.
· Collaborate with other departments to support their facility and administrative needs.
· Act as the designated Health & Safety Representative for the company.
· Maintain and track health & safety systems, ensuring up-to-date records.
· Monitor and coordinate health & safety training across the organisation.
· Conduct and oversee annual safety audits to ensure compliance.
· Prepare reports, documentation, and compliance records.
· Support general ad-hoc duties as required
