Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records through effective filing and bookkeeping practices
  • Oversee human resources, safety program documents and compliance, assist with staffing needs, onboarding of new employees, and organizing training sessions.
  • Organize travel and shift plans including plane ticket bookings, air BnBs and other items
  • Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to facilitate smooth operations
  • Organizing schedules and coordinate calendars
  • Invoicing and Billing clients with support from Project Leads
