In addition to providing maintenance services for all general aviation aircraft as Transport Canada AMO 64-18 and an Authorized Service Facility for Cessna, Beechcraft, and Piper, we distribute parts to private owners and commercial operators across the country.

PRAIRIE FLYING SERVICE IS LOOKING FOR A SELF-MOTIVATED, RESPONSIBLE, DETAIL-ORIENTATED, AND CUSTOMER-FOCUSED PERSON TO JOIN OUR TEAM AS AN OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR & FINANCE CLERK.
The role involves administrative responsibilities and basic bookkeeping functions with a focus on providing the top-quality customer service that Prairie is known for. Day to day tasks may involve responding to customer phone calls and emails, data entry for accounts payable and receivable, and general office management.
Previous experience in an administrative role, excellent customer service skills, and familiarity with basic bookkeeping functions are considered important for this role.
As a local small business, we are looking for a team player willing to step up and take on other tasks as necessary. Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment is important for success in this role.
A passion for aviation is considered a valuable asset.
