Position: Office Administrator
Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8:30am – 5:00pm
Location: 23011 Fraserwood Way, Richmond
The Office Administrator plays an important role at Fine Choice Foods combining aspects of Reception, Administration, and Executive Support. Reporting to the Accounting Supervisor, this role is ideally suited to a very organized and personable individual who brings skills and experience in multiple aspects of office administration.

Today, we supply to retailers across Canada and into the US, while taking pride in producing our products with the same care and passion we began with. SUMM! REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.
  • 2 to 5 years experience working in a reception or administrative role preferrable. AP experience an asset but not required.
  • Demonstrable ability to establish priorities and organize work accordingly.
  • Highly competent with Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, and work and think independently where required.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills (Cantonese or Mandarin an asset)

Responsibilities
  • Perform various administrative duties: e.g. Purchasing/Logistics vendor invoice entry & general data entry.
  • Recording, reconciling & posting of corporate credit card expenses, filing and record maintenance.
  • Responsible for processing staff purchase order.
  • Be the professional first point of contact for visitors and callers to Fine Choice Foods.
  • Greet and meet all visitors on arrival to ensure compliance with our company policies on GMP’s, safety requirements, etc.
  • Answer, screen and forward all incoming calls through the switchboard.
  • Point of contact for deliveries from couriers, mail and any other items coming through the front office.
  • Maintain the reception lobby in a professional and presentable manner.
  • Order and arrange for delivery of office supplies and other sundry items as applicable.
  • Manage and organize the boardroom for supplies, cleanliness and presentability.
  • Assist with other administrative duties as required by the business.
