ABOUT THE JOB

A long-established, leading Tea Broking firm based in South Dublin is seeking an Office Administrator ideally with some experience in this role. Are you a highly organised Office Administrator with a keen eye for detail? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team and provide essential administrative support to the Company. This role offers a dynamic environment where you will play a crucial part in ensuring efficient contract and procurement processes.
About the Role:
As an Office Administrator, you will be instrumental in liaising with various functions, tracking and maintaining data related to contracts and procurements, and ensuring the timely completion of actions. You will also become familiar with our internal systems and be responsible for processing task orders. We are looking for someone who can maintain confidentiality and integrity, with strong accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. A ‘can-do’ attitude is essential for success in this role.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
