OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Office Administrator to join our team in Galway. This role plays a key part in supporting the daily operations of the business and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a variety of administrative and operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

· Experience of working in a client orientated service environment
· Experience in business administration.
· Advanced IT Skills / Microsoft Office
· Excellent organisational and time management skills
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
· Problem solving
· Ability to prioritise in a busy office
· Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €36,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
